3d character modeler and printing

I am building a toy and to have a character for it, Requirement: Flexibly body joints, elbow,knee and hip-Leg joints in way easy to assemble after 3D print of each body parts. Hand stretched above head to toe length about .75" for both boy and girl. I will like to have my kids photo copy for facial appearance instead of just some random Something similar as the attached toy except coloring and face looks. I will have my own logo 3D rendering on the first side of it is a simple project, based on cost, I may need four characters two boy and two girl. The question is can you guys an easy assemble character after 3D print I want to know the mechanical part need to be used Time frame as soon as you can something similar except don't to do exact copy. I may use my kids face and athletic body style Main requirement is flexible body joints Anyone with experience with RetsPro is a huge plus. Strictly speaking I need the 3D model printed and has an easy mechanical assembly procedure since I need this for business. File format somewhat industry standard no blender type. I prefer Zbrush made I need a demo about how the seller does the mechanical part of the model before I committed I want to have the human range of motions when it comes to the should and hand joints, not 360 Degree free move Kind of like the knee and elbow joints and hip to upper leg his feet to his lower leg can be one, no need joint The same head to neck, one body When I say flexible I meant it should not be stiff. I have seen toys with flexible joints but hard to move unless it is forced I need something exactly similar to the attached size; the height about 7" and the width 2.5"
