1. the house is in India
2. it has 4 bedroom, 3 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 pantry, 1 waiting room
3. total 6000 sq feet house
What we want
1. design of each wall and its elevation including the wall tiles or furniture or lights or texture ...every minor details . We would guide you with different options and suggestions and you can come up with your views and imagination
2. design of floor and the the material we would use, we would have the reference of the material we use. the material should be available in Indian market and we would dictate if the material is beyond our budget
3. design of ceiling , our ceiling is POP false ceiling, so we would need the design of it
these details includes of room, washrooms, passages, foyers, staircase and every corner of the house
4. design also to include the entrance of the premises and the house and the parking and garden on ground floor, terrace of first floor and second floor and garden on each window.
What we would provide
1. 2d floor plan,
2. 3d floor plan ( but some minor changes are there)
3. 3d elevation of the house
4. some suggestive of 3d of almost each room ( few rooms or few details might not be there)
5. cad floor plan as well as cad 3d plan
the drawing should be in accordance to the measurement of the house
We need the details of the measurement.
To start with work we would hire you for the ground floor and especially living room on ground floor.
