Image Resampling & 3D Model Generation from Aerial Imagery

Hi, I currently have a set of 45 high-resolution aerial images that I would like to turn into a 3D model. These were acquired at a range of angles at a resolution of approximately 6 to 9 cm in a single straight overhead flight over a building, which is the main target I would like recreated. As part of the 3D reconstruction, however, these images must first be resampled (made more coarse) to approximately 1m (see attached example of 1m resolution image) before further processing is carried out. A point cloud model should then be generated from the set of images, before a subsequent mesh (eg. TIN model) is overlayed. As one side of this building is lacking in image coverage due to the flight path, the challenge then would be to create a construct a clean, good-looking model on all 4 sides of the building - aesthetic appearance is important in this project.
