I am seeking visualisation services to develop floor plan renders of a residential property for marketing purposes. The property is an existing house in Mayfield, NSW Australia. Construction is underway to convert the house into two x one-bedroom units. I will provide accurate design and survey drawings in autocad format, photos, and advice on material selection used. Logical adjustments will need to be made to the drawings provided, in order to produce an outcome that makes sense - this may include placing the design floor plan onto the survey drawing. I require renderings of: Entire house/property context - covering 18 Griffiths_old floorplan [login to view URL] (attached) Unit 1 detail floor plan for marketing Unit 2 detail floor plan for marketing All renderings are to show at least the detail and quality of the attached example: architectural visualisation [login to view URL] Deliverables: Renderings as described in .pdf format Drawing and working files - so that I can update the design if required Note: this is the subject property: [login to view URL]
