Web-Based 3D game

I would like to make a 3d farm, web-based, where you enter and have to
go through a circuit that has stops. Each stop has its own 3d setup
where you will get information either through watching a video, a
slideshow, an interview with a farmer or any other way of getting
information.
The stops are:
Stop 1: outside where the cows are fed, you should see the green open space, the cows and some information about when and how often they are out, what they eat, etc..
Stop 2: main area inside where the cows are fed inside, sleep, etc.. also we will see the area, where they sleep what they eat, how they are milked, etc…
Stop 3: sick cows space: we see here the space where they put the sick cow and we get information on how they are treated, specifically without antibiotics.
Stop 4: farmer’s house, here it could be an interviews with a farmer knowing information about them.
Stop 5: the products display, where we see all the mild products that come out of this farm.
Once you pass all the stops, you will reach the final destination that
will be an interactive quiz where you will go through different
scenarios with multiple solutions and you have to choose the correct
solution.
Quiz: it will be an interactive quiz where you will face a situation and you have to choose from 3 options what needs to be done, some will be questions with multiple choice etc..
There will be around 10 to 12 questions in the quiz and it should take around 2 to 3 minutes.
The quiz will be scored for each person based on the correct answers
as well as the time, in order to differentiate the winners and pick
the number of winners for the available prizes.
The 3d must look real as if you are inside a real farm, check quality in images attached.
Before you enter the game, while it’s loading, there will be a landing
page that has some useful information.
I will provide the information and you have to create everything.
I need to see a detailed proposal showing everything: technology to be
used, time, price and information about the company and the team.
