Litigation Support/Paralegal

We are two solo practitioners in San Diego, California looking to combine our resources for litigation support services. We are looking for an experienced paralegal or legal support firm to assist us in various stages of litigation on an ongoing basis.
Duties will include:
- Organizing, analyzing, filing and preparing chronologies
- Drafting responsive pleading
- Calendar management
- Drafting discovery objections and other discovery issues
- Preparing briefs and motions
- Legal research
- Drafting research memorandum
- Other general litigation support
Requirements
- Familiarity of both California and Federal procedural rules
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and security of client information
- Must be able to work on a deadline
- Strong writing, proof reading, and analytical skills
This job will likely be on a full-time basis, 40+ hours per week. Compensation will range from $20-$30 per hour depending on experience. Additionally, significant performance bonuses will be made upon successful resolution of our bigger cases. Summarily, we are looking forward to a long term relationship with an experienced paralegal support professional or firm that can grow with us as we expand and take on additional cases.
