My call center is in Hermosillo, Sonora. Its the Capital of the state. about 3 hours from the Nogalez AZ border., But its one of the most americanized cities in Mexico and All of my team as myself were raised in the states. Myself spent 32 years. All Of my Agents Speak Perfect English, we have excelled in MCA, Merchant Services, CBD, DME, Auto Insurance Verification among others. What information do you need? Buisness Name; Owner, Amount looking for, ability to provide Buisness account bank statements for last 3 Months, At least 8-10K Monthly Deposits, Use for Funds, Email, At least 4 Months in Buisness and time available to speak with specialist is the norm. Would that suffice? I have the ability to provide much more than that. My agents do not normally negotiate a time or date the time given is accomodated by the client. 80-90% are same day or within a 3 days. The rest may or may not exceed that time frame.
