Job Responsibilities
* Define a project roadmap for your clients' initiatives
* Consult on solution best practices and serve as a subject matter expert
* Serve as the escalation point for the Project Manager on client communication and changes to scope
* Leading business process discovery workshops
* Taking complex client and solution concepts and articulating them to audiences of varying perception levels
* Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities
* Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project work streams
* Creating project deliverables and standards (e.g., including process standards)
* Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
Job Description
* Experienced candidates must have 4+ years of experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company in a business analyst / consulting role
* Experienced candidates must have 2+ years of hands-on experience working on the CRM platform or ERP platforms and has depth on other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Oracle On-Demand, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, SugarCRM or similar.)
* Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills
* Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
* Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
* Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
* Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
* Strong presentation solution design skills are essential
* Demonstrated years of consulting or equivalent experience
As a current solution architect and having been executing projects with Salesforce for more than 3 years. I have gained extensive experience in Administration, Development, Architecture and DevOps with the product.
I recently managed to get the client team to a maturity level 5 in the continuous rollout automation process. In the architecture area I designed strong and complex integrations with inhouse and external products.
In development I helped build an extension of Salesforce's own render that helps increase and facilitate the management of data quality improvement.
As administrator we maintained automation and continuous improvement models, with 1800 the total number of users to manage and provide support.
