Both products can be used to suit your needs. I can only guess what your decision making parameters are... But, if purely looking from a commercial standpoint, Pipedrive has a compelling case. Salesforce is pricier. But there ends all merits Pipedriver has over Salesforce. Salesforce has more holistic offering both in terms of feature breadth - and in depth. For example, sending an email to a Lead. Salesforce offers best in class Email security, ability to genuinely mask from-address to make it look like a corporate email address, without Gmail showing "suspected spam", etc. So, while most of features that you ask are there in both the CRMs, Salesforce would have a more deep & complete feature set. Not to mention heavily customizable. If you are considering investing seriously in CRM as a platform for your business - then Salesforce, no doubt. If it is a commerical driven, short term let-me-try CRM, then Pipedrive.
