300341 Job Site with Twist

We are creating a new type of job functional site. We will have all the normal systems design that a job site would need for both job seekers and employers. In addition, there will need to be an enhanced admin panel for data input on each candidate/job seeker. I can provide full details for this project when the programmer is selected. The right programmer will need excellent understanding of job sites, and must show us a portfolio of sites that they have done for review. In addition, must be excellent at modifications of the site, and be able to complete the project by year end (2003). A very enhanced and detailed admin panel, functionality, etc for us will be needed, as there will be extensive interface with the candidates in this service.
