I would like a script with the following functions:

1) The user place one or more images in a folder (windows)

2) The images are resized to a certain size fx. 345 x 230 (i should be able to change the size)

3) IF the uploaded image has the wrong ratio - white space will be added and the motive will be placed in the center. This is very important.
