I am in the market for efficient and knowledgeable link companies. I am always looking for one way links for various clients and projects. Here are my criteria: 1. LINKS must be related to the subject matter, a list which will be given to you for each project. Only related links will be accepted. Relevancy to us is more important than pagerank, and mixed pagerank related campaigns are fine as long as there is a fair mix of all pr types 0-5 links pages. Pagerank is measured by the page our link is on, not the homepage. A sample report will be sent to you showing the EXACT way we want links reported in excel. For some sites, we need WEEKLY reporting, for others we can wait for bi weekly. 2. Links must be permanent, one way/non-reciprocal and static and must be checked on each report to ensure the link to us is still intact. Links that are removed before the project is completed must be replaced by you. 3. We will provide you with the anchor text to use. 4. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. All links will be checked to ensure that they pass pagerank. Also the websites will be checked to ensure that there isn't faked PR. 5. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 6. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighborhoods (porn or other offensive websites) 7. All links must be FREE and shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines. URL must nor contain .../links/ 8. One link per domain, all from different c-classes/different IP's. 9. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days. 10. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 11. All links should be listed in a spread sheet so I can approve of them. 12. Payment will be made by Escrow, that will be released when I have verified the Links 13. At most only 10 links from blogs or Squidoo. Send us link pacakges for one way related links in batches of 100 ie 100 one way mixed pagerank links - $__ 200 300 500 1000 We are looking for one way link int he ballpark of $4 USD per checked link and less over large bulk amounts.
