Hi there, I need help adding an overlay sequence to the product page on my site - [login to view URL] Long story short Citizen Wolf is not your average ecommerce brand. We create tailored Tees on demand and the site needs to allow users to choose certain fit options that product variants cannot accommodate on their own. We’re calling this chunk of work ‘tailoring lite’ because it allows our online customers to change the 3 most used fit variables (there are 9 variables total that can be changed instore) to get great fit without having to come into store to get fitted. To that end I want to force all users to answer 3 short questions before they can add anything to the cart. These questions are sequenced in an overlay dialog that is launched by clicking “create my fit” from the product page (but will also accessible from the main nav as well as their loggedin account page). Only once their answers have been saved does the “add to cart” button become active. User responses need to be editable (in case they make a mistake) as well as saved in a persistent manner so that it’s available for their next session - which could be tomorrow or in 6 months time - as well as saved in a way that can be accessed on the cart page - see “[login to view URL]”. I’m hoping this data can be appended to their shopify user account?! Please note the colour variant / swatch chips are a separate (and less urgent) task to be completed at a later date.
