create shopify app that offers free shipping to customers that have paid order processing. Example customer places 1 order, pays for shipping. After 1 hour decides they want another product from our site. Shipping Option will show " Add to existing Order" This CANNOT be done as just a free ship option. It appears on all orders if we do it that way and customers do not select the correct option 50% of the time if that approach is used. So we need to create some condition that will permit the shopify order system at checkout to know if customer has an existing order placed thats processing with a paid ship.
