About us:
Mirai Sake International is a new company specialising in Japanese alcoholic beverages trade. In January 2021 we are opening in London SAKE COLLECTIVE, the first retail shop offering, both in-store and online, the largest selection of sake in the UK, alongside a few other types of Japanese drinks such as shochu and gin. The physical shop is also going to have a kakuuchi-style bar section, where customers will be able to try different sake by the glass and taste a selection of Japanese snacks and dishes.
Overview of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic London-based social media executive to join our small but lively team. You will work closely with the marketing director to create content for our media presence, keeping web-based media up to date and brand-centered. You will also help create, run, and monitor a range of digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to engage with our existing audience and attract new followers.
Duties:
- Manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and a few more
- To be involved in the planning, creating, running, and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- To upload content and keep website and social media site up to date
- To be involved in increasing engagement via social media channels
- To work with the marketing director to create high quality content for a range of online platforms which is optimised and consistent with the brand.
Skills and Requirements:
- Professional experience of the use of social media platforms.
- Creativity for new campaigns and projects
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
Ideal Background:
- Experience in using design software
- Some knowledge of sake, wine, or spirits would be desirable but not necessary
- Knowledge of Japanese would be advantageous
