Hello, I have installed oracle apex 18.1 with Ords in Tomcat 9.0, and able to login into oracle apex but somehow css and other static files are not being loaded properly. when inspected in Console it gives "failed to load resource 404 not found error". even tried running the [login to view URL] but in vain. also theme roller is not able to save the customized [login to view URL] bid only if you know apex with Ords and regarding this issue
