I have really good experience in making AI tools and have done couple of fun projects. This can be done easily using OpneCV (Python) libraries and later we can use Tensorflow to enhance.

I have already two aplications for face recognition using tensorflow one on android device , one for pc . Both use neural network for faces detection , and svn algorithm for face recognition. Both have good performance and the train process for one new face reqiure only 10-20 images with the new face. I worked aplications with ip surveillance cameras using ffmpeg library or the SDK from producer . For example hikvision videocameras is not fully compatible with ffmpeg and in this case i used their libraries. For test accuracy of face recognition of my projects i can send you on e apk for android , you only install and do test.

We propose using the facenet deep nueral network architecture as it computational requirements are less and the system is more custom as it uses pixel data rather than feature detection systems. This will be reinforced with a siamese neural network system. This process is faster computationay less extensive and requires less GPU power and this giving morer accurare resulrts
