Create a Restaurant POS

Please do not quote and bid without reading this Post till the End, I don't want to know how many wordpress and ecommerce websites and mobile applications you have made, in your description just talk about your relevant work experience. I need a fully functional POS system for hospitality. The Point of Sale software needs to be built on the Java platform and needs to use MySQL/MS SQL/PostGres as database. The applications needs to work on Android, Linux and Windows, whereas the Back Office needs to be Web-based. It needs to have different style sheets like Fine Dining, Regular, Counter Sale, Around-the-clock, QSR. The application needs to be plugin based (for easy updation), and mix of desktop (Main POS) and web-based (Masters/Settings). The design needs to be similar to RevelPOS, but has to have scope for multi-tiered tax, discount & price management. The further list, will be sent once the bidder is chosen. Only users with POS Software experience need to bid. If you already have a POS system, I am willing to pay, if it has all the features above and the deliverables are met. The Project is in phase-wise with other apps/development, so there is scope for more work in the future.
