I have a folder of 10Gb where I have subfolders having templates of word and Excel files... . Now i want my employees to work with remote access. The employees need the following : 1. They should have access to all folders with templates 2. They should be able to copy subfolders, make changes and send to clients through browser based CRM. But 1. They should do it on remote machine( my office server ) or maybe on some online server. They should edit the files and email to clients from remote location browser 2. They should NOT be able to download data on their local machines to avoid theft of data. Can you propose a solution ?
