Hello everybody, Today I would need your help to develop a software that must run on Windows. Here is it what it would be able to do: The software would be linked somehow to a mobile app called "Too good to go", on this app, grocery stores and restaurants are able to offer their leftovers for a fraction of the initial price they usually sell it for. Here is how it works: At any random time of the day, a specific restaurant would update their number of available "food baskets" for the day. If only 5 are available, the 5 first customers to order will be offered a basket that day, all other customers will have to try again to day after to be fast enough to buy a leftover. The app doesn't send any notification to its user to inform that a restaurant just released more food baskets, so unless you are randomly on the app at the right time, you miss the opportunity most of the time. I would need to be able to tell the software which restaurantS I'm interested in, and the software would constantly check these restaurants status to see if new food baskets are available. Once it would detect that food is available, it would instantly contact me via either email or sms or push notification. I don't think the app has a web version so it might make the development a bit more complicated. Let me know if you think it's doable and if you have any question please ask. Thank you in advance

Hello. Well I have a solution for you. Mobile Applications works on APIs Communication. We can extract api's which are required to fetch information about additional food baskets offered by restaurants. I can create a monitor service(or desktop app) in Windows which will continuously track these APIs for each restaurant and as soon as restaurant offer new basket, It will send email & sms to you. I want to know whether you want this application to be commercial application or just for personal use? We can discuss more once you respond. Hello Friend!, To do what you need, the "Too good to go" app should have an API interface for other systems to connect and consult restaurants. If this is not the case, then you must develop your own version of the app similar to "Too good to go", but notify users that they have it installed. Any questions, I am at your disposal Cheers

Hello Sir, Apps having a concept called ContentProvider where app owner defines the public data. If This app "Too Good To Go" having public data about leftovers food basket then their is no problem to make such software in an ethical way. I have one question right now regarding your project requirements. what are the ways available to scan the app data, this is a bigger question to me? Could you suggest me? This is very futuristic idea and could be implemented in various fields like get notified what the user exactly want like best offers on a particular product from Amazon, auto selecting matching profile on tinder and others. Like trivago scans website for best deals. The idea of scanning apps is very good. But we need to find the authentic ways so apps owner will not blocked us this is the issue if we could do anything unethical. So we need to find the apps owner benefits to get legal access of their data. Basically a Bot program is needed. As per my knowledge, we need to get permission to build such Bot program.
