Email, drop-box, excel workfolow authomation

I need to streamline purchasing documents administration automating what I am doing manually so far; new flow (to-be): - I will send an email with attached purchasing document and this email must contain: A. file protocol - in mail subject - this name that will be file name in dropbox folder i.e. HHPI805 (Company Name, Purchasing Invoice, Serial) B. location in dropbox -in mail body- (i.e. Dropbox/017/Administration/HH/Accounts/11/Purchases/Invoices) C. Relevant information about invoice: JOB CODE: i.e. BURCOCHOM_ CHIARINI BLACK BELT OMP TYPE: document type i.e. PI purchasing invoice ACCOUNT LEDGER: i.e. TRAVEL DESCRIPTION: i.e. TRAIN NET AMOUNT: i.e. 100 VAT: i.e. 20 PAYMENT TYPE: i.e. HSBC CARD - Program must: 1. re-name the att. pdf with the protocol in mail subject (previous point A.) 2. store it in the given path dropbox folder (previous point B.) 3. fill automatically an online spreadsheet (like google or an xls offline) with following data for each mail (each mail is a row) data are stored in columns: - Company Name (first 2 digit of the file name) - Serial (last 3 digit of the file name) - Document Type - JOB - ACCOUNT LEDGER - DESCRIPTION - NET - VAT - TOT - PAYMENT TYPE Please find enclosed an xls sample
