I have a Microsoft Access Database split into a frontend and a backend. The backend is linked to a hosted Azure account. I use the database with a soft phone Tsip and all together it works like a dialing program. I would like some features checked and added. They are:
1. Blackout Buttons while leaving message.
2. Notification the call hung up after message is finished with pop up box
3. Statistics: Ability to run statistics from calls that have been made from the backend
4. Inbound and Outbound working on the same campaign: for incoming calls add popup box with incoming callers information
5. Priority for Records to pull (Blank, Call Back, Left Message, No Answer) : Check to see working
6. Check useless tables on backend and Azure
7. Push data to Forms: Works on some computers but not others
8. Check Round Robin Record Assignment of record
9. Make sure status’ do not pull Cannot Write, Disconnected, New Lead, Not Interested, and Wrong Number
10. copy the Azure Hosting to new hosting and configure the front and back end access files
