We should define the problem inside algorithm and create a solution to test it with our test data. Critical point is that, i couldn't formulize the problem so there will be three critical things inside project : - Formulize the problem - Implementation - Report document with answers(This is necessary!) Please check attached documents. Note that i need to have solution in 6 hours, i already have %70 implemented solution and it should be improved, also report should be written.
