Vb.net Threading with progress bar

this is a very simple project, I've written a code in vb.net and I've created a threading for it, mean while I need to put a huge code like delete from database and insert into database into the multi threading and I want my window form to be just fine, without hanging or dragging, I have all code figured out, you will just place the codes into the right position or add little to the process of threading budget Is 20 dollars.
