I guess OpenCV will help to do this. About me I'm working in big IT outsourcing company (here I'm as standalone software engineer). I have expertise to build web and desktop application using C++, Qt, C#, WPF and so on. My main project is about telecommunication, SIP, etc. Also I'm taking part in project that is about Automotive Embedded, V2X protocol (according to the standard), Instrument Clusters (Qt), etc. Money and time can be adjusted. Hi, I'm a C++ developer working on optimized applications who has computer vision and image processing experience required to fulfill your requirements for this job. My previous projects worked in real time even with much more complex detection mechanisms than what's needed for your project, like tracking circular objects (balloons or pool balls) in videos. I examined the test images you've provided - the task is doable in 14 days provided that the general form of the page stays the same. I would build a system with the following specifications: 1. Input: Image containing the page. 2. Output: Barcode and checked marks, expressed in any format that you like, e.g. (as you mentioned) visualization. 3. Time limit: 500 ms per image. 4. Handling bad input: Detect unchecked or multiply-checked marks. 5. Commented source code. Thanks!
