I need a program which will open links with proxies and keep them open inside it. Most likely I think https proxies are needed. If https proxies are needed then it will need to fetch latest https proxies from [login to view URL] and keep updating. Need to handle like 400+ link opens atleast Dont mind what its coded in, as long as it works and is stable
