Recover Emails From Outlook Backup

Hi, outlook 2013 crashed on me and created a weird additional ost file and 3 weeks of emails were deleted. I need someone to check my outlook backup file (.ost, originally .bak file) to see if it may have saved them and search for emails to and from only 3 specific email addresses then if they can be found, email them to me, simple. Unfortunately because of this Microsoft problem my imap emails on my server were deleted. I assume you would need some specialised software to do this without logging on to the imap server. Please advise if this is so
