Desktop Software developed to process the notary procedure of the legal documents such as Rent Agreement, Property Registration, Affidavits. The Software uses Webcam & Secugen thumb Scanner to capture photo & thumb impression. For two years it worked fine but now it is showing error when we click on capture button for thumb impression. The error is Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Index was outside the bounds of the array. In details last few line says When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box. our requirement is get the error resolved. Hereby, request to quote the best for the said project work.
