Need to convert our speed conversion program for Horse Handicapping using Visual Basic. Our conversion program is from an Excel file that has the a speed conversion table. The program needs to compute the fastest time on a given distance of the track. The player data includes player's weight, track distances, actual running time( from past performances), final position, etc... These data can be extracted from a XML file that includes all the players/horse past performances. The application must automate the process of computing the fastest time based on the available data from XML. The formula, XML Sample Data and the speed conversion table will be given to the winning bid. There are different speed conversion based on the track, the program must be able to select which speed table to use to compute the fastest time. message me for questions. Thank you!
