Adding .txt file output to excel file output

As dicussed...the tool will generate csv from .txt file with the required [login to view URL] thd the end the tool will generate both CSV and excel

sure can make a program in c# that will take input form text file and will make output in excel format and also can do some changes in output if required it will be an app you just have to import files then it will export file in required output recently did the same task
