Develop Mobile Application for Pool League This is a brief outline - as there are 3-4 key stake holders the scope of work will change based on the feedback. To interact with current Desktop Application, Website and SQL Windows Database Design and code a mobile friendly application (iOS and Android) to allow players to input results on a weekly basis, then sending this data to the database to update results. This will allow for us to do away with paper scoresheets and data entry afterwards. The current scoresheet will be provided as a basis for the overall design, however we are limited for space on a mobile device so we will need to look at how things are displayed - perhaps stacking or accordion style or similar. We will want progressive scores and a summary at the end of the nights play with the teams results and each players results and points earned - metrics will be provided. Ability to create a player profile with image, member number, region, current team, current grade, player ID and some basic stats to be able to share on social media or with other app users. We will also need a milestone counter for specific milestone awards and show progress for each player. This will feed off the previous seasons data. Will need a payment portal to pay league fees, registration, and tournament entry fees into two bank accounts - it must calculate credit card and PayPal fees and add this as a surcharge on the set amount once it determines payment method. Must have calender of events for players to see what's happening with schedule of events. Social Sharing Be able to look up personal results via player profile page - this must be limited to the user of the app not be able to look up results from any other players. Different user levels and access - Admin, Player Rep, Handicapper and League Player Must have own advertising opportunities to moneitise the application to relevant industry parties if possible. Enable a subscription - opt out solution for direct SMS and APP messages and marketing. Would also like to include the Fargo rating System (if possible) based on the Master League in the USA. This will be a minimal charge application for players to download, or possibly FREE as this is a value add to the pool league. Ability to upload photos and videos from events and social share with FB and Twitter.
