Bulk whois on Australian websites - bypass captcha needed + proxy support

We need a captcha solving solution, and proxy support. Death By Captcha may be the best option. We want an app that can search [login to view URL] for keywords, gather 1000s of .[login to view URL] website addresses and then it will check the owner details, using captcha solving + proxy support. It will scrape the owner name + email for each domain and save it in a CSV file in this format: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Website Address The tool should be multithreaded and be able to solve quickly with no bugs or crashes. Proxy support is a must since Ausregistry query limit is 20 per hour and 200 per day from the same IP address Experience in this sort of tool is a must, look forward to hearing about what you can do!
