Design and build a pilot device for garage door control

We want to design and build a device which will be able to: 1) Connect to internet via WiFi. To do this the device needs to transmit its own wifi (bluetooth) signal so that someone can connect with a phone, tablet or laptop to setup the new WiFi connection. 2) Receive input from external devices : a) 2 magnetic sensors to know if the garage door is open, closed or somewhere between b) Lazer sensor to know if there is any obstacle blocking the garage door c) Video Camera to transmit streaming video through internet 3) Output a) 5-12V On/Off commands signal through cables tha tconnect to the garage door controller, for openning and closing the garage door b) 110V - 220V supply to turn on/off a light 4) Ideally we want a processor that is powerfull enough to run linux or any other OS 5) We are looking to achieve the CHEAPEST COST OF PRODUCTION (cost of materials) for the device as we aim to put it in production for consumers. PURPOSE: ---------------------------------- The device will connect with a cloud software and then with a mobile/web interface so that the garage owner will have remote control of the Garage Door. DELIVERABLES: ---------------------------------- - Receive the full board and components DESIGN so we can put it in production. - Receive BASIC SOURCE CODE of the software that can offer: a) Status of door position (magnetic sensors) b) Status of obstacle (lazer sensor) c) On / off commands for door opening/ closing d) On/ Off commands for AV supply (light) c) Video Stream in any proposed protocol - Receive an actual prototype (pilot device).
