Create Custom Click Rotator Solution

Hi there, I am looking for a developer to create a custom click rotator solution for us, similar to My Click Boss but much more simple. It is to have *just* a click rotator, no need for tracking links etc. Very basic functions. However as for the rotator, we need the following functionality: Every click into the rotator goes to the next link in it. For example click 1 goes to link 1, click 2 goes to link 2 etc. If a person has already been to a specific link (tracked by a cookie) he skips to the next one in the rotator. *That is exactly how the 'Rotate' rotator works in My Click Boss Pro so you can take a look at that if needed* We do also need some other functions, such as: -> Ability to set maximum tier 1% (percentage of clicks coming from Tier 1 countries, to each link in the rotator seperately) -> Ability to send clicks only from a specific country to a link in the rotator (eg. US only) -> Daily click limit (eg. maximum 100 clicks per day, once reached, deactivate until next day) -> Backup URL. If a visitor has gone thru all the links in the rotator and has no more to go to, he goes to backup URL. -> Ability to 'Archive' a link in the rotator, which basically deactivates it. -> Ability to easily move links around in the rotator. Eg. put at the bottom, put at top, up, down. -> New links are automatically added at the top of the rotator -> Max 10 links per page in the rotator for easier organizing -> Only send desktop / mobile clicks to a specific link -> Schedule link start at X hour on Y date *We want the functionality of the Rotate rotator from MCBP with the stats/interface of ClickMagick. That's the easiest way to put it.* In your application please state why I should choose *you* for this project. Experience with either MCBP or ClickMagick? Experience with click rotators? Thanks!
