Hello, I already have developed a software that makes folllowings; 1. Personalize a Mifare SAM AV2 card and load the keys to the card. 2. Personalize due to diversification data and the card UID and the make the card SL3. (14443-4.) As your demands we can make a demo. The code is a python code. You can run it on any device (desktop, notebook, raspberry pi etc.) and any operation system (linux windows). You just need a contactless card reader with SAM slot like ACS ACR 122U or 1252U. It cost about 50$.
