Theme customisation for Turkish Opencart website

Hi, I am launching an Opencart site where people can download legal documents. *** Please note that the site is Turkish and you should have at least a medium level of understanding Turkish to apply for this role ***. Users purchase the legal document of their choice, enter the appropriate fields and a PDF document is generated for them to download. The technical part of the website has been built and is operational. I now need an Opencart expert who can assist me with applying and customising a new theme that I have bought. A summary of the tasks are: 1- Installing the Enlink theme (I will supply). Making the theme look good (General view of website, main page, footer, banner and other pages-Design like a enlink layout-1) 2- Main Page Adding of ‘’My Forms’’ button. 3- Editing of pages (Blog and My Forms Section) 4- Set up Parallax Backround and other theme features in modules 5- Pop-Up Extension (Link to our Facebook Page) 6- Seo module 7- Facebook Login Module 8- Adding of Chatfuel API ([login to view URL]) 9- Adding of Visitor counter module These are the immediate issues I require help with but there are surely more tasks to complete as the site launches and grows.
