Should be opened with a Login form and should have one administrator with full rights and several users which can creates tables, forms, queries, reports, introduce and change data in the tables using the forms but not to add or delete users. Tables, forms, queries and reports should be made simple for now and will be changed later on. The design should be simple using business colors (blue, grey...)
