Dear Concern, With respect to your mention problem i need full details of both PC as well as scanner and printer. Like mention below. Mother Board of PC OS of PC Brand of Scanner Brand of Printer I will have to complete and resolve this issue at my earliest make sure when i start troubleshooting all devices are on the same network and reachable like pinging each other.
