This is an unusual situation, I'll try to sum it up briefly. A Cable Guy hits my car with his company truck. Minor damage, but he thought no one was looking and tried to drive away. I catch him, the claim get settled however.....I'm now experiencing mysterious and frequent cable issues: - Each day my download speed is reset from 100mb/s to 10, forcing me to make a phone call. - I lose whatever channel I happen to be watching for hours. - Or, whatever channel I happen to be watching experiences consistent audio problems. I'm sure you get the idea. I'm looking for someone who not only knows security but also cable infrastructure: cable modems, tuning adapters, cable box/DVR, etc. My goal is to outline how this is likely being done and write a credible note to Management at my cable company. Something that they'll actually pay attention to.
