ADM and our partner EOI Digital is looking for seasoned and professional Agents for Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Sales Agent activities. Please visit our website www.ascentdigital.online. We are actively working on several Campaigns: Real Estate Telesales, Financial Services, Solar Appointment Setting that offer a base dollar per hour worked and tracked + commissions and bonus opportunities. - Our target market is USA based Start-Up, Small and Medium Business Clients 1-500 Employees with Annual Revenues of US$500K per year to US$50M per year. - Selected Agents would have to work USA EST, CST, MST and PST time zones. So this might require working all through the night, at nights, early mornings, etc. - We work a 9-hour shift with 1 hour (60-minutes) for LUNCH. - We provide a comprehensive 4-day Training program to get our Agents all the information they need to be successful in the roles we hire for. - This is a Home Based role and Agents are expected to provide their own RELIABLE computers, internet access, telephone headset, desk, chair, etc. - Agents are also expected to have a working knowledge or comfort level for Dialer systems for Call Center operations. Our Compensation includes: - US$4 to up to US$7 per hour worked and tracked (depending on previous experience) - Agents are PAID Bi-Weekly - Sales Commissions for Sales made and/or Leads Generated or Appointments booked - Bonuses based on over achievement of Sales, Leads Generated or Appointments booked - Fast Start BONUS the 1st 2 weeks out of Training and 1st MONTH on the job (based on Sales made, Leads Generated or Appointments booked) - Sales incentives like Laptop Computers, iPhones or Android Phones, Phone Loads, Gift Cards, etc. We are looking for 2-3 Agents (Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales Agents) to start by Monday Nov 18th, 2019.
