Platform 29 Recruitment is a new Recruitment Agency that specialises in permanent employment to temporary contract assignments.
Platform 29 are looking for industry specialist consultants who are not afraid to pick up the phone and contact companies to see if you can obtain any vacancies for employment from them. You will source companies from [url removed, login to view], online job boards and any other sources that are required. You will be required to update and use Platform 29 CRM Software to ensure that calls contacted are updated regularly.
You will be working for 4 hours a day (Australian Eastern Standard Time) [url removed, login to view] – [url removed, login to view] and then [url removed, login to view] – [url removed, login to view] as this is when the management of staff will be in and will be able to take the phone calls.
You will be provided with a Platform 29 Email Address that will be used for employment needs only.
You will be given ample training resources and daily/weekly catch-ups to assist within obtaining vacancies.
You will be working towards KPI (targets) to ensure that your job is completed to Platform 29 standards. Upon achieving these KPI’s you will be awarded a wonderful bonus for your work.
For example; if you obtain 35 Sales in a week we will give you $1050.00 as a bonus. Meeting that you meet other KPI criteria. Hard workers will also be notices through online gift vouchers for the hard work they put in.
