The reason I stay with that version is so that new project managers do not have to buy software. - DSL or broadband connection - Word compatible software - Good quality land line phone headset - Some projects work with Skype - in which case you will need a VOIP/USB type headset) - Winzip or other compression software - Dedicated land line with flat rate long distance phone plan for US/Canada - Experience with Email, Word, computer data folders, - Customer relations, sales, problem solving experience - Good phone voice - clear and pleasant - Excellent People Skills - NO regional or foreign accent (British and light French OK) - Excellent communications skills, articulate with good vocabulary - Dedicated work environment free from noise and interruptions - Ability to block out project time without interference from friends, family, other - Must have good work ethic, efficient work habits, reliability - Ability to work EVENINGS & WEEKENDS - time zones of projects vary from Pacific to Atlantic - Independent contractor status - US or Canadian residence - MUST be efficient and dedicated for project hours you accept. Project assignments are paid based on batches rather than how long it takes you - you decide how much you make per hour. Quality standards and good communications during a project are essential.
