Hi, I need a freelancer to model some urbanism and a building (club house) with simple materials and textures (I will give a material library) also simple environment in 3ds max 2012-vray editable poly, the units should be SET UP IN "DISPLAY" and in the "SYSTEM UNIT SETUP" in METERS, attached is the cad files, pdfs
