Animated Web Serial

I am currently in the research phase of putting together a team to create a 3D animated web serial based on my fantasy novels. I'm hoping for a quality level similar to "The Guardians of Ga'Hoole" by Animal Logic studios, and I want to find a team capable of that. The novels focus on animal characters in a natural setting. I'm just beginning to learn about film making and I understand that the process will be complicated. I need to anticipate budgeting as well as all team members that such an animated project would involve, and to learn how we go from concept art to finished film.
