Create a 3D level model based on 2D artwork

Hi! I am searching for someone to create a complete, 3D, Unity-compatible level for a game. (Unity requires files be exported as FBX) The project is a single stage area based on the supplied 2D artwork. This should include the entire model, including texturing, shaders, etc. Not just a model alone. The area shown in the artwork is the only area that will be accessed in the game. Additional details to the hired freelancer. There may be additional freelance opportunities available for the right person, who kicks ass and creates a good product on or ahead of time :)
