I am seeking an interior designer to help me to remodel my ground floor apartment (1400sq ft including patio). Need 3d visualisation and drawings for contractors to work on. Theme: Modern Japanese, clean, minimalist, want to maximum brightness with natural lights, open air, white walls natural wood color furnitures, small plants or Japanese bonsai Requirements: Open kitchen Master bedroom Tatami room also use as bedroom Walk in wardrobe Store room Bookshelves 2 bathrooms with shower Wood flooring Laundry area Computer & desk area Outdoor patio Furniture & appliance intend to use: Large solid Natural Wood block (150x40x40cm as TV console or just as decoration) 55 inch LCD tv Sofa (205cm long) Standing lamp Microwave oven Washing machine (600cm wide) Fridge Double kitchen sink, induction cooking top
