Do some 3D Modelling

I am building a 2 storey house. I am loking to obtain quotes for work to provide accurate 3d modeling of the house in its entirety, that is all rooms and areas and external look of the house. However, dependent on price I may wish to have certain rooms only in 3d design rather than the whole house. So 2 quotes required here - one for the entire house or secondly per room or area (eg ale fresco area) The quote should included costs for black and white and colour modeling - I will supply preferred colour types after award - as I have not decided which way to go just yet. It must be to scaleas per the drawings - accuracy is more important than the speed to complete. Please ensure your quote is marked if quoting in only black and white and/or colour. Plese provide evidence of your previous work with your quote. Quote should be provided by no later than end of your business day Thursday 1 May 2014. Please advise any extras you provide such as a fly through function that I would also take into account when assessing bids - but this is not critical or necessary as part of the bidding process, Please also advice how long it will take to complete. I am keen to have an accurate. well delivered project rather than a rushed one so timing is not as important for me. Please revert with any questions you may have. Al
