Convert 3D Xfrog Trees into SpeedTree Models for use in Unity5

I require Xfrog models to be modified so that they will work with SpeedTree within the Unity 5 Engine.

The models come with a very high poly count so I need these to be reduced at a number of Levels for LOD (Level Of Detail) The models come in many formats to suit your 3D Package of choice.

I need you to be familiar with SpeedTree and Unity Game Engine and have a high level of Productivity and Quality. There are over 300 separate tree models that I may require converted into an additional 3 or 4 LODs for each. I am an Individual Independant Game Developer who have a minimal budget, so i hope you can keep this in mind.

If you know of a way this can be achieved with a simple tool or program for example let me know and I will keep you in mind for other works I require! But as far as I can tell this work needs to be done manually.

Upon further investigation, SpeeTree firstly does not play nice with other formats of trees, but Unity 5 has it's own Tree format that can be affected by a WindZone GameObject in the engine, if this is more doable, if these models can be converted (LOD made) and within Unity 5 i can get a WindZone to effect these trees nicely - then this may be the best path for this project)

Bottom Line, i have these trees that need to have Level Of Detail meshes created for them and I need them to animate in the wind within Unity 5 3D

After a big shock of being told it would be 550 hours of work @ $25 p/h and then converted into my currency that's $20,000!!!! to manually do each tree i need some others to come forward with some knowledge. I paid around $1 a tree, i am looking to pay around the same for the conversion. You tell me what it will cost.

3 LODS, manually imported into SpeedTree (if even possible) << (can you please be sure you know what you are talking about first) there is a free sample in the description, Download it, import into your package, make the original model the 0 LOD, make 2 or 3 more and then the last a billboard (already included in the file I believe) and i would like a Normal maps made as well and quote me, I'll test the file to check it out and then i can award someone to do the work.

A lot of the time of the work is waiting time I am told so open another instance of Blender for example and go again I cannot afford to pay $50 a tree I just bought for $1.

SpeedTree is the best Solution I believe if possible, if not and you know what you're talking about then Unity Tree Instead which will require a lot of work still then on my behalf to get it to work using this tool https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/21079
