Create 3 D Solids of cartoon characters to be used to make plastic tooling from 2 D drawings -

Small toy company needs 3D Solid Models to pass off to tooling shop to cut plastic molds( We do not need wire frame drawings for .stl files to print a part, we need smooth parasolid files - we cannot use polygon mesh (( wiremesh [login to view URL] files as a deliverable) Quote 5 drawings - we will ask for 1 and make a milestone payment for that one file and then release the remaining 4 drawings.
There are complex organic curves that you will need to create in Solidworks, UG or ProE - most importantly, we need an artist who works with these programs.
We have 5 designs. These designs are torsos and faces. The torso sits on a common base, we have that already so you will not be drawing that, just hips to head simple shapes. In terms of a style, these are like The Simpsons, Bart, Homer etc but they are not these characters. Deliver a smooth surface solid file in an IGS STEP and original format.
