Exterior – Commercial (small) - all drawings and rendering to be submitted in accessible format and in pfd. A basic concept paper and layout of the plot shall be provided. 1. stage: Develop initial conceptual design of building exterior and submit for the Client's approval. Submit drawings in pdf. format. 2. stage: incorporating Client's suggestions and submitting drawings for approval from the Client for last review and approval. 3. stage: develop architectural rendering of building, including the surrounding existing building facades, to scale. 4. stage: incorporating Client's suggestions and submitting rendering for approval from the Client for last review and approval. 5. stage: issue full file of rendering, in accessible format and receive payment. Ownership and copyrights of the issued drawings and rendering is with the client and shall form intellectual property of the client. These shall not be used for any other project by the Client or any other person.

I have been responsible for the 3d modeling of several department stores for Liverpool (the biggest retail department store company in Mexico), our average time span for the 3d model and 2d documentation of a 30,000 sq meter store, was 2 and a half moths.
